Supreme Chief Flaps

Doug Clevinger is from Pikeville, KY.  Earlier this year, he retired from the Scouting profession.  He was a prolific fundraiser for the B.S.A.  He helped build Camp Crooked Creek while he was in Louisville.  He successfully served the last 26 years in Wilmington, NC.  He is the only Supreme Chief of the Fire from Eastern Kentucky.
