$92.99 !?!?!?!?

One of the 2010 Don Combs flaps sold on eBay today for a staggering price of $92.99! Wow? It seems that 2 bidders got into a war and the price really soared up. My question is "Where were you 2 guys at, when I was selling them last year for the Lodge?"

I've got a few left if you lost that auction.

Royal Wedding

I just received an email from Mark Knill, a Scout leader from England, who had dinner with us one evening during the 2007 World Jamboree. His Explorer group has been chosen to help seat people and hand out programs during the upcoming Royal Wedding. So look for Scouts in uniform, if you watch the wedding.

While attending the Jamboree, Prince William walked right in front of us during one of the shows. He spent the whole day visiting and even wore a necker. A true friend of Scouting!

New Tents

Troop 12 finally wore out the old original blue Coleman tents. 6 years was a pretty good run. 12 brand new Eureka Tetragon 8 four person tents are the new standard. Better have a seam sealing party in the near future. Happy camping!
