Walker Hall, the last of the 3 Hall brothers, came before his Eagle Scout Board of Review tonight. It began with the Scout Oath that was highlighted with a very powerful and close bolt of lightning. Walker never missed a word of the Oath. After several rounds of some tough questions, the lights flickered off and then on. He was dismissed and after a brief discussion, Walker Hall is Troop 12's newest Eagle.
