Troop 12 visited the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg today to work on the Cinematography Merit Badge.Eagle Scout, Neil Thompson from old Troop 10, works there and has received Federal funding to teach the art of filming. He was a tough counselor and everyone worked hard. Planning, writing, drawing story boards, acting, and cameras.
