Training.PDL or "Please Don't Litter" training is just for professional Scouters and it is intense. You set around in a classroom and gorge 3 times a day at an all you can eat buffet.
Honestly, the Professional Development courses are wonderful and are some of the best organizational and management classes on the planet.
After Jeremy gets back from "D.E. Brainwashing", we'll have to really teach him how things work.
