I had the honor of attending a Board of Review last night for a Lone Scout. I have to admit that in all of these years of Scouting, I was aware of Lone Scouting, but knew nothing about it. I got educated quickly. The BSA has a nice publication entitled "Lone Scout Friend and Counselor Guidebook". It is only 48 pages long and explains the Lone Scout program.
Also learned that this program started in 1915 and currently has around 400 members.
