Heading out today, to drive the van with a good group of Eagle Scouts from the Blue Grass Council to the Price of Freedom Conference up in Valley Forge, PA.Designed for Eagle Scouts, Sea Scout Quartermasters, or Venturing Scouts that have earned the Silver Award, this program challenges participants to learn about the sacrifices made to establish and protect the ideals of a free society. In addition to discussions and guest lectures on current issues of citizenship, patriotism, leadership, and heroism, the program includes tours of Colonial Philadelphia and Valley Forge National Park.
