Chief Scout Executive, Bob Mazzuca handed out these special 2010 red sashes today at the National Planning Meeting to all of the National O.A. Committee members. Around 75 or so were made and special numbered. #1 went to Chairman, Ray Capp. #51, as seen, went to our own, Don Combs.Sweet!
