Devan Allara received the highest award in Scouting last night in a wonderful OA themed Eagle Scout Court of Honor."Smiley" has earned 58 Merit Badges, 73 nights of camping, 61 miles of hiking, 145 service project hours, and is 3rd out of 19 Scouts with 141 Troop meetings.
He has put a lot of time into Scouting and he is getting a lot back.
