The September 2007 issue of "Scouting Magazine" has a very nice article about Powder Horn and the course that I got to attend last fall.Shawnee Trails and Buffalo Trace Councils really did an excellent job with that training. I've been a big cheerleader for Powder Horn ever since.
There is life after Wood Badge.
I learned a lot and brought that knowledge back to the "Hills" for all of our Scouts. We are doing a Sea Scout over nighter later this month.
