Here is a BSA award that you don't hear about or see much.I'm sure that several of our Scouts, here in the "Hills" are deserving.
First presented in 1968, the council-level award is given to college students student age 19 through 25 to highlight publicly the importance of their excellent achievements and service to their community, state and nation.
