Leave Rockford, IL and loop around Chicago, through Indianapolis and across the Ohio River and back into Kentucky. KY sure looks good!We drop a couple of guys off and eat a bite at the Clay City Dairy Queen of course. It is Heather's last day working there. She has been there almost every time we have been there. She is attending Morehead this fall to study Nursing. We will miss her.
Make it home to Pikeville around 9:00 pm. Still full of adrenaline and energy from one of the greatest Scouting High Adventure trips of all time.
We never looked at a map on the way. Tom Tom worked wonders.
