All of the Professional Scouters from across the US, recently attended the National Leadership Training Conference in Nashville, Tennessee earlier this month.Usually, they meet on an Area or Regional basis. This meeting was only the third time in the history of the BSA, that all of the "Paid Scouters" came together.
