The BSA has updated the Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class rank requirement DVD and are handing them out freely. I really enjoy watching all of the requirements in action.My favorite part of the update is from our new National Commissioner, Tico Perez. Tico is past Regional President of the great Southern Region and his message to all Scoutmasters is right on.
