We get up early and head over to the "City of Brotherly Love" - Philadelphia, PA.It is cold, but we get to see where the Constitution was signed and the Liberty Bell. We make a trip to South Philly and get a real Philly steak and cheese sandwich from Pat's Steaks.
We drive and spend the night somewhere in West Virginia.
