I had the fine opportunity to meet this 2nd Class Scout from the Mountain Laurel District, who was a guest at our Winter Banquet over the weekend. Very nice young man, who has ambitions of becoming an Order of the Arrow member, in the near future.He has got a good start on the patch collecting side of it!
