Devin Porter was presented the Eagle Scout medal in an impressive Court of Honor, with a big crowd in attendance, at the First Presbyterian Church, Pikeville today. Devin is Troop 12's 11th Eagle Scout. 11 Eagles out of 77, over the 6 1/2 years is 14%. Devin also is a "Triple Crown of High Adventure" recipient. Do the math on that?
I've seen a few Eagle Scout cakes, and this one is by far, the best ever!
