The Novemeber - December issue of "Scouting" magazine features an old crusty Scouter from the W.D. Boyce Council up in Illinois.Mark Young and I became good friends at the Powder Horn Course in 2006. We also attended Sea Badge together in 2008. We always seem to find each other at NOAC's and Jamborees.
