Today is my son's 18th birthday. Officially an adult, in life and Scouting. It just seems like yesterday we were having Webelos meetings over at the Elementary School in the Art Room. Legendary Troop camp outs, O.A. events, Jamborees, NOACs, and who could forget the High Adventure trips.I got back involved as a full time dedicated Scouting volunteer, because when I was a Webelos I didn't earn my Arrow of Light. All I ever wanted was for my son and his Scouting buddies to earn that and have a good Scouting experience.
Happy Birthday Will! You are the last of the Charter Members of Troop 12 to turn 18. I hope that you and all of the rest of the Indians had fun.
